Talent Time is a live monthly comedy / variety / chat show & cable access television program featuring the country's greatest comedians, musical artists and novelty acts. Past guests include: Miniature Mariachis, Comic Hypnotists, Celebrity Impersonators, Extreme Wrestlers, Airbands, Drag Queens, Magicians, Laughing Meditation Demonstrations and Tribute Bands.

As if that isn't enough, we reward the live audience who come to the Biltmore Cabaret the first Wednesday of every month with a chance to smash open the Cover Charge Pinata! A portion from everyone's cover goes into a large homemade Pinata. Lucky audience members are then chosen to take a whack at it for the chance to win their cover back, and a chance to smash something with a stick!
